1. Agreement
These terms govern purchases made through wfdnjae.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website.
2. Store Information
Wfdnjae™ is the storefront brand used on wfdnjae.com. The legal company responsible for the website and customer transactions is Linyi Hongli Network Technology Co., Ltd.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, materials and colors. Screen settings, manufacturing batches and natural materials may create minor variations that do not materially change a product.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices, applicable shipping charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout before payment. Orders remain subject to successful payment authorization.
5. Order Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders for payment failure, suspected fraud, stock issues, delivery restrictions, price errors or legal reasons. Amounts collected for canceled items will be refunded.
6. Cancellation
Requests to cancel or modify an order should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. We do not charge a separate cancellation fee for a successfully canceled unfulfilled order.
7. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please review the Shipping Policy for full details.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection or another approved resolution. The Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its listing, contact us with supporting evidence. We will provide an appropriate solution without transferring the cost of our error to the customer.
10. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
Website content, branding, graphics and original media are protected by applicable laws. You may not misuse the website, introduce harmful code, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe the rights of others.
11. Liability and Consumer Rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
