Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Requests made after this period may not qualify unless required by applicable law.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify, items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in original condition with original packaging, instructions, accessories and included parts. Reasonable product inspection does not by itself make an item ineligible.
3. How to Request a Return
Email service@wfdnjae.com with your order number, item name, reason for return and relevant photos or video. Please wait for authorization before sending anything.
4. Return Address
Please do not send returns to our business registration address. Once approved, our customer-support team will provide the correct return warehouse address and return instructions.
5. Preference-Based Returns
For a change of mind, style preference, mistaken selection or other non-defect reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us promptly with supporting evidence. We will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized products, items clearly marked final sale before purchase, gift cards and products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons after use may be non-returnable unless defective, incorrect or otherwise protected by law.
8. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, or after another refund solution is approved. Banks may take additional time to post the credit.
9. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase. If fulfillment has already started, cancellation may no longer be possible. Successfully canceled orders are refunded to the original payment method.
